BizTalk Server 2010
Release on June 19, 2012 – Cumulative update package 5 for BizTalk Server 2010 is now available, and it is a rollup update that contains the following items:
- All previously released hotfixes for BizTalk Server 2010
- Some hotfixes for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009 and for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2
- Some other fixes that improve the product
This cumulative update package for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 contains hotfixes for the BizTalk Server 2010 issues that were resolved after the release of BizTalk Server 2010.
This CU contains:
- 4 hotfixes for BizTalk Server EDI support issues
- 1 hotfix for BizTalk Server Adapters issues
- 2 hotfixes for BizTalk Server Business Tools & Management Tools issues
- 4 hotfixes for BizTalk Server Message Runtime & BizTalk Orchestration Engine issues
- 1 hotfix for BizTalk Server Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Runtime issues
Note: It is recommended that you test hotfixes before you deploy them in a production environment. Because the builds are cumulative, each new update release contains all the hotfixes and all the security updates that were included in the previous BizTalk Server 2010 update release. However, it is recommended that you consider applying the most recent BizTalk Server 2010 update release.

BizTalk Server 2009
Release on April 27, 2012 – Cumulative update package 6 for BizTalk Server 2009 is now available, and it is a rollup update that contains the following items:
- All previously released hotfixes for BizTalk Server 2009.
- Some hotfixes for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 and for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2.
- Some other fixes that improve the product. For example, this release contains a hotfix that improves the performance of the tracking feature in BizTalk Server.
This CU contains:
- 1 hotfix for BizTalk Server business tools and management tools issues
- 1 hotfix for Microsoft BizTalk Server message runtime issues
- 1 hotfix for Microsoft BizTalk Server EDI support issues

BizTalk Server 2006 R2

This CU for Service Pack 1 contains:

- 3 hotfixes for BizTalk Server message runtime and orchestrations issues
- 2 hotfixes for BizTalk Server management tools and business tools issues
- 1 hotfix for BizTalk Server Monitoring (BAM) issues
- 1 hotfix for BizTalk Server setup issues
- 2 hotfixes for BizTalk Server MQSeries adapter issues
