Following the sample of what some outstanding professionals have made (Steef-Jan Wiggers, Trace Young, Mandi Anez Ohlinger, Nitin Mehrotra, AnandVVS, Micheal Stephenson, Mick Badran, Ed Price, Larry Franks, Wesley McSwain, Farida Bharmal, Tord Gard Nordahl, Dan Rosanova …) I decided that this year of 2012 I would start contributing to the TechNet Wiki, not only in English but also for the Portuguese and Brazilian BizTalk Community in Portuguese.
📝 One-Minute Brief
In this post, Sandro Pereira announces his transition from personal blogging to community collaboration by contributing to the Microsoft TechNet Wiki. He highlights his first major English contribution—a guide on installing BizTalk Server 2010 in multi-computer environments—alongside several Portuguese resources. The move aims to allow the global BizTalk community to edit and improve technical documentation collectively.
So my first contribution in English was about a topic that I’ve been writing:
- Installing BizTalk Server 2010 in a Basic Multi-Computer Environment
Why did I reply to this series of posts in the Wiki?
For a simple reason, so that the community can edit, change, and add relevant content to this complex topic, which they could not do on my blog.
Also, my first contributions in Portuguese:
- Microsoft BizTalk Server aos olhos dos programadores
- BizTalk Server – Princípios básicos dos Mapas
- Guia de Sobrevivência: BizTalk Server 2010
So… feel free to edit, change, and add content! And I hope you will find these articles useful.
Unfortunately, the TechNet Wiki is no longer available as a live, collaborative platform.
I genuinely treasure your work, Great post.
