I’m thrilled to start 2015 with some incredible news. I have officially been renewed as a Microsoft Integration MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for the fifth year in a row!

Receiving the award email on New Year’s morning never gets old. It is a huge honor to remain part of this elite program, which recognizes technical community leaders who actively share real-world knowledge.

What the MVP Award Means

For those unfamiliar with the program, the Microsoft MVP Award recognizes “exceptional technical community leaders.” For me, it represents a commitment to you — my readers. I will continue to share high-quality, deep-dive content about BizTalk Server, Azure, and integration patterns.

A Heartfelt Thank You

This achievement is not mine alone. Many people supported me over the past year, and I want to thank them.

To my readers — thank you for following the blog, commenting, and sending feedback. You are the reason I keep writing.

The MVP and Product Teams — a special thanks to my MVP Leads, Cristina Herrero and Alessandro Teglia, as well as the BizTalk and Azure product groups for their guidance and support. I also want to thank members of the teams such as Mandi Ohlinger, Guru Venkataraman, Mark Maltimore, Paolo Salvatori, Dan Rosanova, and many others.

Fellow MVPs — it is a privilege to be part of this community and to work alongside experts like Michael Stephenson, Jon Fancey, Ben Cline, Mick Badran, Mikael Håkansson, Johan Hedberg, Bill Chesnut, Richard Seroter, Stephen W. Thomas, Kent Weare, Leonid Ganeline, Glenn Colpaert, Salvatore Pellitteri, Sam Vanhoutte, Tomasso Groenendijk, and of course all the Portuguese MVPs.

The BizTalkCrew — thank you to Nino Crudele, Tord Glad Nordahl, Saravana Kumar, and Steef-Jan Wiggers for being an amazing “BizTalk family.”

DevScope and Family — thank you to my colleagues at DevScope for their constant professional support, and to my family for their patience and encouragement.

Microsoft Integration MVP 2015

I never get tired to waking up after a long night of New Year’s Eve, and checking the email and seeing:

“Dear Sandro Pereira,
Congratulations! We are pleased to present you with the 2015 Microsoft® MVP Award! This award is given to exceptional technical community leaders who actively share their high quality, real world expertise with others. We appreciate your outstanding contributions in Microsoft Integration technical communities during the past year.”

It is always an amazing feeling. I also hope that everyone who aspires to become an MVP will achieve that goal one day. It is truly an honor to be part of this program.

Looking Forward to 2015

Being an MVP is more than a title — it is a responsibility.
In the coming year, I will continue sharing knowledge, helping solve complex integration problems, and supporting the community’s growth.

📝 One-Minute Brief

Sandro Pereira announces his 5th consecutive renewal as a Microsoft Integration MVP (2015). He expresses gratitude to the global BizTalk/Integration community, fellow MVPs, the Microsoft product teams, and his family for their continued support.
